Galatower Hotel - Istanbul

I loved the fine rooftop views of Istanbul from the terrace. That spot became my favorite for morning coffee. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the iconic Galata Tower. The staff provided helpful information about local attractions and even upgraded me to a better room. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order, disappointing. The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Despite these issues, the warm atmosphere and cute hosts were good.

the place was fairly clean and peaceful, it had fabulously friendly staff with their service. the good and beautiful location was near a contemporary art museum.

A stylish hotel, my first choice in Istanbul. Ideal base for 4 nights with excellent and fabulously friendly staff with their service. Plenty of good food. Good location near Galata Tower. Nestled near restaurants and cafes. Near a tube station...

Amazing rooftop terrace with fine views.

I experienced some unsettling moments. The neighborhood felt slightly intimidating at night, which impacted my comfort level. The narrow streets made it challenging for taxis to drop me off, and I often felt anxious navigating through the crowds.

Thank you for a really great stay. The venue is incredible, clean and the location is marvellous not far from all historical places which are GALATA TOWER, SPICE BAZAR, GRAND BAZAR, TOPKAPI PALACE, HAJI SOFIA, the center of Istanbul, and which is a very good location. The a double room is bright and tidy. Helpful service, the breakfast is really tasty. Besides, it offers very good wifi to guests.

I got twin/double room for 4 nights, loved it. The bathroom was reasonably large, included a shower, hairdryers and towels.

The terrace views are amazing, especially during breakfast. We visited the Galata Tower and the historic Sultanahmet Mosque, both super close. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary tea and coffee at the reception were a nice touch.

One downside was the taxi access. It was challenging to find a cab due to the narrow and crowded streets.

It was just a solid selection for a lightning stop in Istanbul with very good value for money. The view from the terrace was a great surprise and a nice way to start the day. Make sure to take advantage of the terrace for fine views.

The breakfast was a highlight with its variety, and I loved the rooftop terrace view that was stunning! However, the bathroom had poor sound insulation.

Recommend it for families seeking cozy comfort

The location is unbelievable, just a couple minutes from the main sights, and the terrace? A real highlight was the staff, super friendly and ready to help with anything I needed.

It was a bit pricey, but still reasonable for what you get.

It was just a good match for a brief retreat in Istanbul with definitely value for money. The wifi signal was surprisingly strong throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected. Try to enjoy the lovely terrace on the 6th floor for a nice view.

We had a really nice experience at Galatower Hotel. the hotel was peaceful and clean, with particularly nice views of the sea. the breakfast was tasty with a lot of good food. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was friendly. the location was excellent, near restaurants and cafes. the workers were wonderfully friendly, and it was nestled near a subway station.

Convenient location near a subway stop makes it a breeze to get around the city. Delicious breakfast with a stunning view to kickstart your day! 🌇
